At just 23 years old, I opened my first restaurant. Since then, I’ve trained under Michelin-starred chefs, competed across North America, and built a reputation for food that speaks before it’s even tasted.
I'm a former athlete turned award-winning private chef — and every plate I serve is driven by discipline, detail, and a desire to exceed expectations.
In 2022, I launched Wing Kxng, a bold and unapologetic food truck brand that quickly became known for its signature sauces, crowd-pleasing energy, and long lines at every stop. It now operates under my larger brand, KXNGSTABLE Hospitality Group — a chef-led experience company offering high-end private dining, catering, and food truck activations across Toronto and beyond.
Whether I’m cooking for two in a private residence or serving 200 from the truck, I bring bold flavor, technical execution, and unapologetic creativity to the table.
