Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change — here’s how we handle cancellations:

Private Chef / Catering / Meal Prep Bookings

• 30% Deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the event: you may reschedule your booking once with no penalty.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: 50% of the total invoice will be charged.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: 100% of the invoice will be charged.

Wing Kxng Food Truck Bookings

• Deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of event: 50% fee applies.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours: full amount due.

• Rain or weather delays may allow rescheduling based on availability — must be discussed in writing.

Rescheduling

• We allow one courtesy reschedule (based on availability) for cancellations made more than 7 days in advance.

• A new date must be selected within 60 days or the deposit will be forfeited.

To Cancel or Reschedule

Please email info@kxngstable.com with your booking name, event date, and cancellation request. Cancellations are only confirmed once we acknowledge receipt.
