Terms & Conditions

Booking & Deposit

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking date.

• Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the event unless otherwise agreed.

• We reserve the right to release your date if payment terms are not met.

Service Fee

• A standard 20% service fee is applied to all private chef and catering services.

• This covers staffing, setup, breakdown, and coordination.

Menu Customization

• All menus are customizable to meet dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences.

• Final menu selections must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event.

Travel & Setup

• Events located outside the Greater Toronto Area may be subject to a travel fee, which will be disclosed in your quote.

• Setup and teardown time will be accounted for within your service hours. Additional time may incur extra charges.

Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for ensuring safe, sanitary access to the kitchen or service area.

• If rentals (e.g., tables, chairs, plates) are handled by the client, they must be available onsite at least 1 hour before service.

• For food truck bookings, a level parking space must be available unless otherwise arranged.

Damages & Liability

• KXNGSTABLE is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse of rental equipment or negligence on-site by guests.

• Clients will be billed for damaged, lost, or unreturned rentals. A deposit may be withheld or charges applied.

Photos & Media

• We may take professional photos or video for promotional use. Let us know if you prefer to opt out.

Force Majeure

• We are not liable for cancellations due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather, illness, or venue restrictions. In such cases, deposits may be credited toward a future booking.

Agreement

By submitting your deposit or booking confirmation, you agree to these terms and conditions.
